Epping Springbook Dam:

The Epping Springbrook Dam is a great destination for camping, fishing, boating and swimming. It is located approximately 25 minutes from Williston.

Theodore Roosevelt National Park

This gorgeous national park is only an hour from Williston and is a popular destination for hiking, biking horseback riding. Wildlife viewing includes buffalo, mountain lions, bighorn sheep, elk, mule deer and whitetail deer. In summer enjoy nightly productions of the “Medora Musical” in the amphitheater.

Williston Area Recreational Center

Right in the heart of Williston is one of the largest indoor recreational facilities in the nation. Open to all, the Williston Area Recreational Center boasts indoor soccer fields, volleyball courts, swimming pools, waterslides, racquetball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, running and walking tracks, free weights, cardio machines and an indoor golf simulator.
